We are able to offer both everyday drinking and some of the world’s rarest wines which are often made in tiny quantities and only sold to restaurants. Unlike normal merchants, we cellar our fine wines until ready to drink. This website also lists some of the many wines we have bought in advance, which we will list in the restaurant when mature. The restaurant at the Old Bridge has twice won the AA award for best UK wine list.

Wine tasting

Wine Tasting is our speciality. We have 24 wines open to taste every day on our 'Enomatic' machines. They preserve the open bottles under inert gas. You can do a help-yourself tasting of a range of fine wines, from as little as £12. It works equally well for enthusiasts and novices alike.

Wine club

Choosing wine can be confusing and disappointing. Take the hassle away and have a regular case delivered to your door, chosen by John Hoskins, Master of Wine. You can have an even split of white and red, old world and new, or you can state a preference.
