Valentine’s Dinner

Friday 14th February 2020, in the main restaurant and the ‘Dining Room’.

Saturday 15th in the Dining Room only (limited to 50 guests).

Glass of Charles Heidsieck Champagne with canapés

  • Terrine of chicken and foie gras
    Or: Seared scallops with parsnip purée, parsnip crisps and citrus salsa
  • Beef Wellington (cooked pink) with crisp confit potatoes, wild mushrooms,tenderstem broccoli and red wine sauce
    Or: Fillet of sea trout with clams, new potatoes and creamed savoy cabbage
  • Chocolate fondant with cherry jelly and cherry ripple ice cream
    Or: Three British Cheeses from Neal’s Yard Dairy with homemade biscuits and quince jelly
