As well as the A La Carte Menu in the Restaurant we are offering on this evening a

special Indian dinner in the Dining Room, limited to just 40 guests, created and cooked by

our Head Chef Pramod Jadhav.

Lychee Bellini or Cardamon gin & tonic

with Prawn Malai Tikka and Pani Puri

Chicken Tikka Shashlik with coriander and apple chutney

Or: Pudina Paneer Tikka with coriander and mint chutney

Or: Crispy chilli calamari with cucumber raita

Chicken Chettinad

Or: Punjabi Lamb butter masala

Or: Monkfish Kali Mirch

All served with homemade breads, basmati rice with peas, popadom with mango chutney
