We are offering a special fish supper in the Dining Room, limited to just 50 guests.

Head Chef Pramod Jadhav has curated a menu showcasing the best fish our suppliers have to offer.


Langoustine croquettes with shellfish bisque


Scallops in the shell with peas and pancetta; Or – Old Bridge prawn cocktail


Fillet of turbot with crushed Jersey royals, romesco sauce and olive and almond salad


Rhubarb “Assiette”; Or – Neal’s Yard British cheeses with homemade biscuits and chutney


Coffee and chocolates



£59.50 per person; or £89.50 with a glass of fine wine with each of the 4 courses.

Bookings will be taken 18.00 – 21.00, to book, ring 01480 424300. We will need to take a credit card number to confirm the booking. All parties need to confirm final numbers a week in advance.

If staying on our dinner, bed and breakfast package, you may have this menu for only £10 pp extra.
