As well as the A La Carte menu in the Restaurant we are offering a special game dinner in the Oak Panelled Dining Room, limited to 50 guests


Canapes: Smoked duck & pickled beetroot; Wild boar & Gruyère croquettes
Game terrine with spiced fig chutney and grilled sourdough toast

Seared pigeon breast with beetroot puree, kohlrabi & radish salad and pickled blueberries

Smoked duck soup with curly kale and black rice


Roast guineafowl with potato purée, grilled sweetheart cabbage, Chantenay carrots

and Madeira sauce


Black garlic marinated venison loin with creamed black cabbage, confit potato

& sautéed wild mushrooms


Pheasant Tikka Masala with cumin rice, naan bread and mango chutney


Chocolate delice with peanut butter ice cream

Crème brûlée with blackberry sorbet

Selection of cheese from Neal’s Yard Dairy served with biscuits, apple, celery & quince jelly


Coffee or tea with homemade chocolate truffles
