FINE WINE TASTING & DINNER
MATURE BORDEAUX

We have single, precious bottles of five 1982 clarets from each of the classic ‘left bank’ appellations – Cos D’Estournel from St Estèphe, Lynch Bages from Pauillac, Léoville Barton from St Julien, Palmer from Margaux and Domaine de Chevalier from Pessac. We will warm up with 4 wines of similarly high repute from other vintages in the 1980s.
Sorry about the cost, but several of these wines are worth more than the ticket price!
A series of canapés with the tasting will be followed by:
Beef Wellington
Crème brûlée with raspberries
Served with more Bordeaux and a Sauternes to finish.
£250 per person. Limited to 18 guests.
