As well as the A La Carte Menu in the Restaurant we are offering a special Burns Night dinner in the
Dining Room, limited to just 50 guests
Rusty Nail – whiskey and Drambuie cocktail
(an alternative will be available if required)
Canapes:
Chicken & haggis croquette
Smoked salmon blinis
Cock-a-leekie soup with chicken dumplings
Smoked salmon with bubble and squeak benedict
Haggis scotch egg with celeriac remoulade and watercress
Venison & haggis wellington with turnip mashed potato, crispy kale and blackberry jus
Chicken breast stuffed with black pudding, dauphinoise potatoes, sautéed wild mushrooms and tenderstem broccoli
Oven-baked Smoked haddock with parmesan, lemon & pearl barley risotto and rocket salad
Raspberry cranachan trifle
Ecclefechan tart with clotted cream
Steamed ginger pudding with Drambuie custard
Coffee or tea with chocolate truffles
Add; Scottish cheeses from Neal’s Yard Dairy, biscuits and quince jelly – £7.95 per person
