GOOD FRIDAY FISH DINNER

As well as the A La Carte Menu in the Restaurant we are offering a
special fish dinner in the Dining Room, limited to just 40 guests:
Langoustine croquettes with shellfish bisque
Scallops in the shell with peas and pancetta; Or – Old Bridge prawn cocktail
Fillet of turbot with crushed Jersey royals, romesco sauce and olive and almond salad
Rhubarb “Assiette”; Or – Neal’s Yard British cheeses with homemade biscuits and chutney
Coffee and chocolates

£59.50 per person, or £89.50 with a glass of fine wine (selected by
John Hoskins MW) with each of the 4 courses.

If staying for dinner, bed and breakfasts, you may have this menu for (only) £10 pp extra.
